First Annual Scholarship Banquet Program
The 3rd Annual J.P. Small Foundation
“Scholarship and Hall of Fame Banquet” will be Saturday,
April 12, 2008 at Philippian Church Multipurpose Dinning
Hall at 4:30p.m. Tables of eight (8) are $280.00 and
individual tickets are $35.00. Sponsor & Ads are
available, but need to be in by Tuesday, April 1, 2008.
Keynote speaker will be Rev Charles Scriven, First
African-American Sargent of the Police Department of
Jacksonville, Florida.
