I was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March 21, 1947. I attended the local public school system of Duval County. My elementary school was Susie E. Tolbert Elementary, James Weldon Johnson was my Junior High School, now called James Weldon Johnson Middle school, I graduated from New Stanton Senior High School, now called Stanton College Preparatory High School.
My Objective
To provide an educational after school tutoring, and mentoring program that would meet the needs of children in Reading, Writing, English, Math, and Science, also a positive youth developing Initiative Program to assist children from adolescence to adulthood.
Qualifications
Retired from The Duval County School Board System after 32 Years as a Teacher, Coach and Administrator. For Twenty-five of those years I was a Teacher and Coach. During those twenty-five years, I was bless to help develop and organize two major high school Physical Education and Athletic Programs in the Duval County School Board System. At Edward H. White High School I was the Head Wrestling and Tennis Coach and also an assistant Football coach. At First Coast High I was the Head Wrestling and Girls Track Coach, also an assistant Football coach. Head Football Coach at Stanton High School now known as Stanton College Preparatory School, Northwestern Junior High School. Director of the Competenctory Development Program (C.D.P), also Head Football, Soccer & Girls Track Coach. And 7 years as Assistant Principal of Community Education at Stanton College Preparatory High School before I retired. Also helped organized one of
the first three Charter Schools for the Duval county School Board System and also Assistant Principal of Community Education at Stanton College Preparatory High School before retiring in 2002.
